The newly renovated property of The Fateh was actually built during the reign of Maharana Bhupal Singh of Udaipur in 1930s. He was the son of Maharana Fateh Singh, the one who laid the foundation of Fateh Sager Lake.

The architectural design of The Fateh was influenced by the British of era and hence is a beautiful blend of Anglo-Rajput architecture. With a beautiful amalgamation of modern luxuries pooled with refinement of traditional Mewari hospitality, only a Heritage palace can boost off.

The Fateh showcases the rich heritage of the Mewar region of Rajasthan with its rambling courtyards, gentle waterfall and verdant gardens. The property also sidelines the forests of Sajjangarh and is very near to Badi (Tiger) Lake.
